Toyota has stated that it would be recalling 96,000 Corolla Cross SUVs in the United States for model years 2022 and 2023.

Only non-hybrid variants are subject to the recall, which concerns the passenger airbag.

It seems that a manufacturing flaw may prevent the passenger-side airbag from properly inflating.

Obviously, if the airbag isn't functioning properly, this might lead to more injuries in a collision.

Toyota will check the recalled vehicles for the dash flaw in order to correct the problem.

Your dealer's service staff will swap out the dash pieces for new ones if necessary.
